About the position
The Operations Analyst will join the Transformation Team of a leading financial and wealth management organization, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and project support. This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who can assist in project administration and create impactful presentations, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Document meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI; create dashboards for insights.
- Develop presentation decks and reports using PowerPoint for team and stakeholder meetings.
- Support general administrative duties across transformation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Highly Preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with Alteryx is a plus.
- Skilled in developing presentation decks with PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills for managing fast-paced projects and collaboration with local and international teams.

- Preferred experience with Alteryx for complex data analysis.
