About the position

The Operations Analyst position at Intelliswift Software Inc. involves performing daily and monthly reconciliations using Blackline reconciliation software, supporting the Reconciliation Team, and identifying trends and process gaps to recommend solutions. This role is designed to provide backup support for the team member serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ISO20022 project, with a focus on bank reconciliation and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for various accounts using Blackline reconciliation software.
• Prepare journal entries during the month and month-end close.
• Communicate open breaks timely and accurately to Business Partners according to established SLAs.
• Identify trends and process gaps to recommend solutions to mitigate risk.
• Act as backup and support to the team member serving as SME for the Reconciliation Team on the ISO20022 project.
• Validate ISO20022 test scenarios as needed.

Requirements

• Bank Reconciliation experience required.
• Ability to prepare journal entries during month-end close.
• Strong communication skills to report open breaks to Business Partners.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and process gaps.

Nice-to-haves

• FX experience preferred.
• ISO20022 knowledge ideal but not required.
