About the position

Amentum is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team in supporting the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) in their mission to develop, deliver, and maintain advanced integrated warfare systems and technologies that provide naval warfighters with decisive advantages. The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the PEO IWS mission by providing support in the areas of program planning, execution, and control. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve program objectives. In this role, the Operations Analyst will assist in the development and maintenance of program plans and schedules, which includes budget and resource allocation, risk management, and performance measurement. The analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting program performance data, including financial, technical, and schedule information. This data will be crucial for supporting program reviews and briefings, where the analyst will prepare materials and presentations, document action items, and track progress to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Additionally, the Operations Analyst will identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the program. Participation in cross-functional teams will be essential to support program objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to supporting the mission of the PEO IWS.

Responsibilities
