About The Position
The Operations Analyst at TriWest Healthcare Alliance is responsible for developing, analyzing, and coordinating Medical Management Operations projects. This role involves conducting assessments of operational programs, developing metrics, identifying performance issues, and producing management reports to recommend process improvements.
