CardioOne is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team, enabling physician leaders to make data-driven decisions on financial, operational, and clinical opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing ad hoc and scalable analyses, reports, models, and creating client-ready presentations with your findings. You will map out business processes, actively participating in identifying current problems, and recommending business analysis solutions to operational issues. This position is remote, allowing you to work from various states including Colorado, Delaware, Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas. You will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Operations. As an Operations Analyst, you will lead deep dive data analyses that understand the economic impact of changes to practice staffing, patient access, productivity, payer mix, clinical quality, workflow, risk adjustment, revenue cycle, and more. Your responsibilities will include pulling, cleansing, and analyzing large claims and population health datasets, as well as developing presentation materials to communicate data analysis findings, recommendations, and the status of actionable initiatives. You will also analyze practice financials to identify strategic interventions aimed at increasing practice profitability and alleviating cash flow problems. In addition, you will propose and implement improvements to the efficiency and scale of analytic products, creating enterprise analytic tools to support operations teams. You will lead business analysis for enterprise-wide project initiatives and ongoing process enhancements, analyze root causes, and resolve complex operational issues. Understanding operational processes within the practices is crucial, as you will identify and advocate for opportunities to bring value and improvements to the practice and workflows. Estimating resources and timelines for project deliverables will also be part of your responsibilities.
