As an Operations Analyst at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Product organization under the direction of the Director of Go-to-Market (GTM). This position involves a variety of responsibilities centered around sample order management, variable data operations, and data analysis. You will be responsible for the creation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) for samples across all brands, which includes gathering sample needs from various recipients, inputting this data into the sample ordering system, and ensuring that all POs are accurately uploaded into SAP. Additionally, you will be tasked with running reconciliation checks and reporting on the status of commercial samples, including ex-factory and planned delivery timelines. In your role, you will also oversee variable data operations for the Levi's and Signature brands, ensuring that global data integrity is maintained from SAP to suppliers across all markets. This includes managing the development of new packaging formats and resolving any issues related to printing packaging with suppliers. You will monitor the global translation database for care label size conversions and garment/fiber translations, and provide support to LS&Co. distribution centers on variable data printing and material ordering. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you provide support for regular metrics reporting and one-off analyses, assisting the Product Operations Manager with process documentation. This position requires a creative team player who is enthusiastic about testing new ideas and maintaining high-quality results under tight deadlines. You will work onsite at the San Francisco headquarters three times a week, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
