Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly contract reviews and assist in vendor contracts management, renewals, and performance scorecard reviews.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure vendor compliance with organizational standards.
  • Monitor monthly spend trends of partner schools and identify areas for potential savings.
  • Lead the development and execution of RFPs and vendor selection processes.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret purchase orders, vendor performance, and operational metrics data finding cost reduction opportunities.
  • Create regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost savings, efficiency improvements, and SLA compliance.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making for Operations department strategies.
  • Monitor trends and anomalies in data to proactively identify potential issues or opportunities.
  • Generate and analyze reports in Workday, providing insights to optimize the Operations department performance.
  • Assist with project planning, execution, and tracking for facilities, procurement, food services, and IT initiatives.
  • Support the training and onboarding of team members on new processes or tools.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key processes in Operations.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, systems, or technologies to improve operational performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, analysis, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, including compiling, interpreting, and presenting metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
