About the position

The Operations Analyst position is a remote role that allows candidates to work from their home office, provided they are located within a commutable distance to Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Vermont. The primary responsibility of the Operations Analyst is to collect and analyze data to evaluate operational processes, solve internal problems, and facilitate complex decision-making.
