About the position

The Operations Analyst at QinetiQ US plays a crucial role in maintaining system data accuracy and providing analytical support within the data and technology group. This position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance workflow, solve problems, and ensure the integrity of operational data, contributing to the overall mission of supporting defense and security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Operations and Information Technology.
• Collect and organize information from various sources.
• Analyze and ensure the accuracy of system data.
• Conduct interviews with employees and managers.
• Identify and solve problems in various fields or specialized areas.
• Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
• Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems.
• Advise managers on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem.
• Write memos and reports for managers to review findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Two or more years proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.
• Degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent is preferred.
• Mathematical skills to process complex calculations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple teams effectively.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license required.
