About the position

VTG is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide essential executive, analytical, management, and administrative support services to the Front Office, Program Managers, and their immediate staff. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of various programs and initiatives within the organization. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining records related to commercial costs of PEO IWS wireless communication equipment, including mobile devices used in both domestic and international environments. A key aspect of this position involves monitoring the budget for wireless telecommunications, ensuring that expenditures align with organizational goals and constraints. In addition to budget management, the Operations Analyst will oversee the coordination and inventory management of assets assigned for use to PEO IWS. This includes managing the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) seat management needs, handling seat changes, and overseeing LAN configuration management. The role also encompasses furniture coordination activities, block moves, and the creation of floor diagrams. The analyst will be tasked with monitoring the budgets associated with these activities to ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization. Furthermore, the Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining corporate information systems that support knowledge management. This includes identifying and managing facilities such as War Rooms, Operations Centers, Conference Rooms, Data Centers, Document Management Centers, and Video Teleconferencing capabilities. The analyst will also be responsible for establishing an official corporate library within the PEO IWS enterprise, ensuring that all resources are accessible and well-organized. Additionally, the role involves identifying a corporate repository or integrated data environment for Business Information, which includes document and role management features, as well as layered protection of sensitive information such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Business Sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and record keeping for PEO IWS wireless communication equipment, including mobile devices.
  • Monitor budget for wireless telecommunications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related professional experience OR High School Degree and 11 years of related experience.
  • Secret Clearance.
