About the position

The Operations Analyst role at Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions involves supporting large-scale government operations through analytical and operational tasks. The position requires a strong understanding of finance and the ability to work in a high-security environment, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze emerging and new requirements to understand the impacts to the EMS Program
  • Support the development of proposal responses (cost, schedule, and scope) for new program requirements
  • Maintain and enhance custom cost estimation tool with linkages to the service catalog/offerings, and the service-based cost model, and work towards the development of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) encompassing all program project requirements
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the customer, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with program leadership and program control to understand and support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Collect, organize, and interpret large data sets to support decision-making processes
  • Work with the Special Project lead and program management to facilitate and support the execution of project requirements
  • Prepare and present reports, briefings, and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness
  • Ensure that all operations comply with relevant government regulations, company policies, and security protocols
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, finance, or a related field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
