ACS Professional Staffing is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. This position is integral to our client's operations, focusing on utilizing modeling techniques and optimizing methods to support management in decision-making, policy formulation, and process development. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data collection and analysis, workflow tracking, and the creation of decision support documents. The role also involves developing optimal methodologies for time, cost, and logistics, ensuring that the operations run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with the TTO General Support System (GSS) structure and functional teams, coordinating efforts to develop program strategies that align with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) based accreditation. This includes providing project management support for compliance mitigation plans and asset strategy initiatives, tracking mitigation dates, and ensuring that action items are completed on time. The Operations Analyst will also facilitate meetings to address compliance-related questions and create reports detailing the status of mitigation plan activities. In addition to project management, the Operations Analyst will perform quarterly reviews of users with authorized cyber access to systems and Critical Cyber Assets (CCA). This involves verifying that accesses are properly authorized according to North American Reliability Cooperation (NERC) standards and ensuring that access imprints remain accurate. The role also includes leading project initiatives and process improvement efforts, encouraging team adherence to compliance processes, and developing work processes to enhance the company's compliance posture. The Operations Analyst will participate in Incident Reviews (IRs) and Rapid Response Team (RRT) meetings, representing the implementing manager to provide necessary information and evidence related to compliance incidents. Furthermore, the analyst will monitor and review the reliability program, ensuring that information is reliable, consistent, and useful, and will provide recommendations to management regarding NERC and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) proposed rulemaking and policies.
