The successful candidate will be responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly analyses, generating reports, summaries, and dashboards that provide insights into business performance. This role requires effective communication skills as the individual will receive and respond to inquiries and complaints, interfacing with both internal and external personnel. The candidate will also support audit, compliance, and regulatory responsibilities, ensuring that all operations meet the necessary standards and guidelines. In addition to these responsibilities, the individual will be expected to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines while creating files, reconciling information, and executing system batches. A critical part of the role involves identifying solutions to issues related to business operations performance and reporting findings and recommendations to management for process improvement. The candidate will participate in systems testing and validation for various operational systems, working directly with other teams or business units as a subject matter expert to understand objectives and dependencies, ensuring consistency across operations. The role may also involve serving as a departmental liaison with vendors or internal clients, applying both basic and complex analytics, data manipulation, and data queries to support business needs. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary, making flexibility and adaptability key traits for success in this position.
