Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the Mainspring Energy LGen fleet, including remote operation and troubleshooting.
• Lead incident resolution and debugging issues related to fleet performance.
• Design and implement monitoring and communication platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver analytics on fleet availability, performance, connectivity, and compliance metrics.
• Provide high-quality data reports to customers and regulatory agencies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate issues and resolutions effectively.
• Develop tools to improve automation in operations.
• Collaborate with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to schedule and execute service activities.
• Train new team members for the growing business unit.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex troubleshooting problems under high pressure.
• Experience in systems engineering, particularly in electro-mechanical or energy systems.
• Work experience in data engineering or analytics, including time-series data and cloud tools.
• Ability to build and maintain disciplined operations and training processes.
