About the position

The Operations and Accounting Administrator at D&M Auto Leasing is a full-time role focused on supporting the commercial team by ensuring accurate documentation and providing administrative assistance to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete before submitting to accounting.
  • Follow up with lenders to ensure timely completion of loan applications.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all finance transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in CDK, which is a key requirement for the hiring process.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in automotive finance preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and lenders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
