About the position

The Operations and Client Success Coordinator at Folded plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and supporting business operations as the company prepares for franchising. This position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, including client management, administrative support, and growth strategy assistance, while providing opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for current clients, managing scheduling, rescheduling, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to organize client information, track interactions, and follow up on important details.
  • Take ownership of client appreciation initiatives, such as selecting and organizing thoughtful gifts or seasonal gestures.
  • Conduct initial walkthroughs with new clients.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance the client experience, gathering feedback and implementing ideas to keep clients engaged.
  • Assist with day-to-day business operations, such as invoicing and ordering supplies.
  • Manage new leads, waitlists, cancellations, and other client logistics.
  • Review and suggest improvements for current processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Help develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for key tasks.
  • Support research and preliminary planning for the company's growth strategy and franchising goals.
  • Attend relevant networking events to build connections within the community.
  • Manage job postings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and oversee new hire training and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement a content calendar for social media marketing, creating and scheduling regular content.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong relationship management and account management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
  • Background in social media marketing and content creation.
