About the position

The Operations and Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for Digital Banking and Operations products and services at Lake Elmo Bank. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks including administrative support, technical troubleshooting, and customer interaction, all aimed at ensuring a smooth banking experience for clients. The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task, and adaptability in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and administrative support for Digital Banking and Operations products and services.
• Print and distribute daily instant issuance debit cards as per instructions.
• Support digital banking products including Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Payment, e-Statements, Credit and Debit Cards, and Remote and Mobile Deposit.
• Take calls from customers and respond to online inquiries regarding digital banking services.
• Process customer credit card payments and manage digital banking document scanning and indexing.
• Verify wires and monitor cash for high-risk customers.
• Assist in investigating and reviewing suspicious transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• 2+ years of previous banking experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
