About the position

The Operations and Expansion Partner will oversee the daily management and strategic growth of a new cloud kitchen concept focused on beef-centric Indian cuisine. This role requires an entrepreneurial individual with expertise in food operations, aiming to expand the brand into multiple locations while ensuring operational efficiency and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of cloud kitchen operations, including quality control, staffing, vendor relationships, and food safety compliance.
• Drive the strategic rollout of new locations, handling site selection, lease negotiations, and location setup.
• Recruit and train a dedicated kitchen and operational staff as we expand, ensuring consistency and high standards across all locations.
• Implement and refine processes for inventory management, cost control, and standardization across locations.
• Collaborate with the founder to shape and grow the brand, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all markets.
• Work towards profitability targets and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Senior level restaurant experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with cash registers
• Valid Driver's License
• Food service experience
