About the position

The Operations and Logistics Support staff is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving functions. This role involves various tasks such as preparing shipping areas, verifying shipments, and maintaining inventory, all while adhering to quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping area for incoming shipments.
• Receive and verify count of all shipments.
• Inspect and verify shipment information including count, type, model number, and serial number.
• Contact sender for discrepancies or questions regarding shipments.
• Facilitate parts, supplies, and loaners for receiving and shipping.
• Prepare items for outgoing shipping according to WOrM order instructions.
• Update status changes and add tracking information into the WOrM order.
• Monitor shipping supplies and order as necessary.
• Perform backup purchasing and inventory functions.
• Carry out other duties as required.

Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Strong affinity for Agiliti's core competencies.
• Demonstrated ability to follow ISO certified quality management system processes.
• Understanding of Agiliti's Quality Policy and applicable objectives/metrics.
• Detail-oriented with strong computer skills, particularly with FedEx ship manager system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
