Responsibilities

• Triaging phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.
• Greeting and checking patients into and out of the clinic.
• Obtaining necessary information from patients to facilitate their visit.
• Assisting in initial patient visit screenings.
• Recalling patients and preparing medical documentation.
• Facilitating billing and insurance processes.
• Maintaining inventory and supplies.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current medical office experience (1 year required).
• Advanced computer skills.
