About the position

The Operations and Projects Specialist at the Mutual Housing Association of Hawaii is a full-time role focused on supporting the executive director in managing and refining maintenance operations across residential properties. Responsibilities

  • Assist with requests for proposals and research for special purchases and new vendors.
  • Conduct capital needs assessments and budget preparation.

Requirements

  • Skilled in administrative and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent working knowledge of relevant technologies.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Good judgment and a collaborative style.
  • Competency in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Valid Hawai`i driver license and current auto insurance.
