About the position

The Operations and Technology Coordinator at Envision Benefits Group is a pivotal role focused on optimizing processes and ensuring seamless operations through effective technology management. This position involves overseeing various technology platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing client experiences through efficient operational practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the company's technology platforms, including EASE, Employee Navigator, and Zywave.
• Build and renew client technology platforms, including the creation of custom benefit booklets, benefit statements, and required compensation reports.
• Prepare and update monthly invoices for clients and vendors, accurately posting commissions in the agency CRM.
• Manage state filings and ensure organizational compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update quarterly and published insurance rates with accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitate requests for renewals and RFPs for both current and prospective clients, ensuring timely and thorough responses.
• Manage social media accounts and coordinate email campaigns to align with company branding and outreach goals.
• Oversee benefit account reimbursements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel and Word.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a talent for identifying errors and maintaining organization.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities combined with excellent planning and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and competing deadlines efficiently.
• Passion for leveraging technology, with a willingness to learn new tools and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
