Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated fleet of drivers to meet company expectations for productivity and asset utilization.

  • Route drivers to specific destinations as required by company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or three to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in using computers and software programs.
  • Ability to read, write, talk, and hear; perform basic math operations; and lift/move up to 10 lbs.
