We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to provide partnership and management support to the Regional Branch Manager. This role is involved in crossing many areas of EMC including administration, sales, and operations and has the opportunity to provide significant and meaningful impact within the region to help build success with the branch team. This position will evolve into an Account Manager (Sales) Role for the right candidate. We are looking for a candidate who will take the time to gain knowledge on our products and then leverage their knowledge to help increase the value we provide our customers. Additionally, the goal of the Account Manager is to increase revenue and grow our customer base. The Operations Support Associate for the regional branch is responsible for providing hands-on operational and strategic support to the Regional Branch Manager and direct team. There are three major obsessions of the Operations Support Associate role: Partnership in execution of branch objectives, Process/project management and operational support, and Ensure branch customers are highly satisfied. Above all, execution partnership is the most significant responsibility within the Operations Support Associate position; s/he will be relied upon by the region Branch Manager to provide advising/counseling and highlight gaps, risks, and opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can be an effective partner to the Regional Branch Manager and is willing to take on any tasks and assignments that are needed to assist in branch success; sees the needs before they become issues and works to help solve them. This candidate should bring structure to chaos by exercising good judgment, common sense, and reasoning; able to go back and forth between the conceptual (goals/strategy) and practical (application/execution). They should excel at relationship building, acting as a uniting force among the team and across pillars/departments to create cohesion and alignment under a common goal, as well as to drive decision-making and influence outcomes. The candidate must have the drive and ability to make an impact, both broadly and individually, to shape change and ultimately improve operations of the branch; taking the bull by the horns and turning the Regional Branch Manager's vision into reality.
