About the position

The Operations Associate role at PSA involves verifying client requests for orders, ensuring the quality and quantity of outgoing products, and inspecting items for defects. This position is part of the Quality Team and plays a crucial role in maintaining the standards of the collectibles authentication and grading process.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assembled parts and products for defects and deviations.
• Count and verify that the product quantity matches the submission form.
• Verify that information on the submission form matches the identifying sticker on the outside of the box.
• Verify that all information on the flip matches the information on the collectible item.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform 10-key typing and effective internet searching.
• Good problem-solving skills and judgment.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work well in a team and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate accuracy while maintaining productivity.
