About the position

The Operations Business Analyst serves as the crucial link between the Sales leadership team, Sales users, the Product owner, and Technology teams. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive CRM support to designated groups, which includes the enablement of new technologies to support various initiatives. The Operations Business Analyst is responsible for building and enhancing workflows, grooming and testing stories for new technology and features, managing Salesforce (SFDC) data, and creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. Additionally, this position involves training new users and orchestrating feedback loops to drive continuous improvements in processes and systems. In this role, the Operations Business Analyst will engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the CRM system meets the evolving needs of the business. This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and ensuring that all users are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to utilize the CRM effectively. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams to facilitate collaboration and drive results. The Operations Business Analyst will also be tasked with providing support for any issues or requests that arise, ensuring that the CRM system operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business to systems connection between Sales leadership, Sales users, Product owner, and Technology teams.
  • Provide overall CRM support to assigned groups, including enabling new technologies to support initiatives.
  • Build and improve workflows within the CRM system.
  • Groom and test stories for new technology/features.
  • Manage SFDC data effectively and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Conduct new user training sessions to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
  • Orchestrate feedback loops to drive continued improvements in processes and systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM support experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to complete work within established time frames.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to address job-related issues.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Provide support for problems and requests as they arise.
  • Previous work experience in publishing/advertising is preferred.
