About the position

As an Operations Business Data Analyst at Spectralink, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our business operations through data-driven insights and automation. Spectralink is a leader in providing Wi-Fi smart phones designed to empower mobile workers across various sectors, including healthcare and retail. Our commitment to innovation and understanding customer needs has led us to deploy over 3 million devices globally. In this position, you will be responsible for creating automation within our systems and generating meaningful data from Salesforce, Oracle, and other analytical tools. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed decisions and improve our products and services. In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze data to extract insights that inform key business decisions. You will identify trends, patterns, and correlations that are relevant to our operations, products, and services. Your analytical skills will help us discover growth opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of our current strategies. You will also develop and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our performance metrics. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operations and product quality data analytics requirements. You will partner with various departments to create a common reference of current data sources, identify potential gaps or risks, and support the architecture and data warehouse of our Salesforce and Oracle platforms. Your ability to model and share insights from complex data sets will be essential in driving our business forward and ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights and identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to our business, products, and services.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our products and services, conducting regular data-driven reviews and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement data models that facilitate data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence needs.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other tools to build sales enabling dashboards.
  • Support Operations and Product Quality data analytics requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to create a common reference of current data sources and identify potential gaps or risks in the data.
  • Support architecture and data warehouse of Salesforce and Oracle platforms.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong experience with advanced Excel and data analytics tools.
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets from multiple sources.
  • Ability to model and share insights from data.
  • CRM and ERP experience required; Salesforce and Oracle a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Strong data analytics skills are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting, and comprehension of technical information.
