About the position
The Operations Business Systems Analyst will focus on implementing, maintaining, and improving operational processes for the company's energy customers across the United States and Canada. This role involves utilizing various systems to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks related to Remittance, Incentive Fulfillment, and Vendor Feedback functions. The analyst will work closely with business and IT teams to develop new products, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and monitor post-production performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain operational processes for energy customers.
- Work with business and IT to develop and implement new products and programs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure operational functionality.
- Document and map out operational processes.
- Monitor post-production performance and resolve issues by identifying trends and anomalies.
- Build controls and reports to monitor program behavior and detect anomalies.
- Present accomplishments and lessons learned to leadership on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills.
- An automation mindset with ownership of processes.
- Ability to work with limited managerial intervention.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the energy sector.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university (experience can offset education requirements).
