Our business is growing fast and we are currently seeking a talented Operations Center Coordinator for the 2nd Shift Nights/Evenings. In this role, the Operations Center Coordinator will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and vendors related to data center maintenance, creating and updating work order requests in Ascent's internal database and client databases, and documenting and performing data entry of information from calls into various systems. The coordinator will also send emails to clients, vendors, and internal employees, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for timely responses. Dispatching technicians to data center locations to address maintenance requests, monitoring data center alarms, and notifying clients, leads, and internal groups as applicable are also key responsibilities. The coordinator will escalate emergency issues to management and clients as needed, follow set processes and procedures, and attend weekly group meetings to discuss new and updated processes and procedures. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
