About the position
TEAM Risk Management Strategies is seeking an Operations Chief of Staff to enhance operational processes across various client-facing functions, including Payroll, Client Service, and Employee Relations. This role involves direct reporting to the COO and collaboration with key leadership roles to drive high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will gain a comprehensive understanding of daily operations and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and enhanced client service.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of client-facing functions and their daily operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive efficiency.
- Build standard operating procedures for various functions.
- Develop implementation plans for process improvements, including timelines and training plans.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on process changes.
- Partner with the technical team to create reporting mechanisms to monitor process adherence.
- Collaborate with the Product team to develop technological solutions as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and change management.
