About the position

The Operations & Client Services Analyst role at TalentBurst, Inc. is focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to clients of Toyota Financial Savings Bank. This position involves processing deposit applications, resolving client issues, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations while maintaining a high level of communication with clients and internal teams. The analyst will work collaboratively with Field Managers and clients to deliver a white glove service experience, primarily through email and occasional phone interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Process deposit applications quickly and accurately, ensuring completeness and accuracy of application data and documentation.
  • Resolve issues communicated by clients and Regional Bank Product Managers via email and phone calls.
  • Assist clients in setting up online banking and address their concerns regarding deposit or mortgage accounts.
  • Partner with vendors to resolve client issues and requests.
  • Conduct necessary client authentication based on banking policy.
  • Maintain current and accurate client authentication information in related systems and databases.
  • Identify the needs of new and existing clients and offer appropriate services and products.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Follow published policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the banking or finance industry, particularly in banking or mortgage lending.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
