We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Coach/Business Development Manager to join our team and help us achieve our growth goals. The Operations Coach/Business Development Manager will play a critical role in the growth and success of our dental organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice while also driving business development initiatives to expand our patient base and improve practice profitability. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the dental practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will implement and manage operational processes and procedures to improve productivity and patient satisfaction. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing strategies to meet practice goals will be essential. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards. On the business development side, you will identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client base across multiple dentist office locations. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including dentists, dental professionals, and local organizations, will be crucial. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and service offerings to meet the needs of prospective clients. Implementing strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns to promote our dental services and enhance brand visibility will also be part of your responsibilities. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation will be key to your success. You will track and report on sales metrics, performance indicators, and market insights to measure progress and inform decision-making. Providing ongoing support and guidance to dentist office locations to ensure alignment with business objectives and service standards will be a significant aspect of your role. As a leader, you will provide coaching and support to staff to enhance their performance and professional growth. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment will be essential, and you will conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and proposals effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and drive execution.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple dentist office locations as needed.
  • Knowledge of dental practice management software is a plus.
