• Lead project management activities, ensuring successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, leveraging their unique strengths to deliver quality results.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations when necessary.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with the firm's code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations consulting or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project management activities and oversee junior staff.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with GEP modules such as Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management.
• Understanding of system architecture and ERP systems connectivity.
