Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming host and first point of contact for visitors.
  • Answer questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person, via telephone, or email.
  • Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks and ensure timely communication.
  • Track resident occupancy and ensure accurate billing and payment application.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience in bookkeeping.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with professional appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Criminal background clearance and good health verified by a health screening.
