About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Mobile Modular Portable Storage is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting various operational tasks within the company. This role involves interfacing with both internal and external customers, processing transactions, and performing administrative duties to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate equipment movement and support sales, dispatch, and drivers.
  • Negotiate with vendors and customers to ensure favorable terms.
  • Manage processes and resolve problems effectively.
  • Communicate in writing with customers and vendors regarding transactions and inquiries.
  • Create purchase orders and handle general administrative responsibilities.
  • Provide backup support for multiple roles within the operations team, including filing and reception duties.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and customers.
  • Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing multiple high-level priorities simultaneously.
