The role of the Operations Coordinator will focus on ensuring the intercompany order management/fulfillment expectations are fully met in support of our NA manufactured products. Supporting the ISCO- NA FG Replenishment Team, the coordinator will provide administrative support to the Life Science Business partners and all functional stakeholders. The role will develop the appropriate skills to drive and coordinate our in-house intercompany management processes to ensure we deliver the highest quality of service. The Operations Coordinator will serve as an initial point of contact for in-house intercompany order processing support. Responsibilities include managing the order process procedure using the assigned systems including SAP as well as other ERP systems (EDI, web portal, email). The coordinator will also coordinate intercompany inquiries, complaints, and support with internal stakeholders who support our interface including IT, Operations, Customer Managers, and Business Development. Additionally, the coordinator will prepare and manage day-to-day international shipment documentation in alignment with subsidiary contracts and internal compliance to agreed timescales and key performance measurements. The role requires preparing information as needed to support both external and internal meetings, working effectively and coordinating activities across internal teams, and being an internal champion for our Customer Relationship Management. The coordinator will also provide administrative support when necessary to senior management and work closely with Operations on pre-shipment activities, including export documentation, complaints management, reporting, RMA, Operational Intercept Tracking, as well as key projects as assigned. Up to 5% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order process procedure using the assigned systems including SAP and other ERP systems (EDI, web portal, email).
  • Coordinate intercompany inquiries, complaints, and support with internal stakeholders including IT, Operations, Customer Managers, and Business Development.
  • Prepare and manage day-to-day international shipment documentation in alignment with subsidiary contracts and internal compliance.
  • Prepare information as required to support both external and internal meetings.
  • Work effectively and coordinate activities across internal teams.
  • Be an internal champion for Customer Relationship Management and manage the status of intercompany activity and interactions.
  • Provide administrative support when necessary to senior management.
  • Work closely with Operations on pre-shipment activities, including export documentation, complaints management, reporting, RMA, and Operational Intercept Tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or other business discipline.
  • 2+ years of work experience in customer service, logistics, with ERP systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Oracle Order Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP P80 Tempo for Order Processing.
  • Understanding of operations, including order processing, logistics processes & procedures.
  • Technical proficiency with appropriate procurement systems and analytic tools.
  • Excellent analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to read, follow and understand standard operating procedures for Intercompany.
  • Willingness to learn and quickly adjust to new tasks.
  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills.
