About The Position
The Operations Coordinator (B-Shift) at CooperVision is responsible for coordinating a motivated team to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations in the manufacturing of contact lenses. This role involves training staff on processes, acting as a process expert, and troubleshooting issues within a team environment that emphasizes energy, self-motivation, and urgency.
