About the position

The Operations Coordinator (B-Shift) at CooperVision is responsible for coordinating a motivated team to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations in the manufacturing of contact lenses. This role involves training staff on processes, acting as a process expert, and troubleshooting issues within a team environment that emphasizes energy, self-motivation, and urgency. The coordinator works closely with supervisors and management to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a highly motivated team to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
• Train staff on manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Act as a process expert and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the contact lens or medical device industry.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
