About the position

The B2B Operations Coordinator plays a crucial support role for regional Operations managers and the Logistics team, focusing on hands-on operational project support. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Sales, Inventory/Planning, and Care Center Support Teams, throughout the project lifecycle. The role is remote and operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations team in managing projects by validating inventory availability, auditing B2B quotes and orders, and updating project playbooks.
  • Utilize Excel and WSI systems to update statuses at the item level and proactively identify solutions to meet clients' delivery needs.
  • Support Operations Managers and cross-functional teams by providing timely and accurate project details and updates to internal and external partners.
  • Partner with the Logistics team to ensure items and orders are moving seamlessly through the fulfillment process.
  • Support Operations Managers and Business call center support teams with triage plans for customer escalations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and expertise in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
