About the position

The Operations Coordinator at our behavioral healthcare facility in Casa Grande, AZ, is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring facility performance metrics, and driving clinical improvements across designated programs. This role is essential in ensuring seamless operations, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting clinical enhancements within assigned programs. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Crisis Services to coordinate care protocols, manage discharge planning, and ensure continuity of care post-medical intervention.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the behavioral healthcare facility.
  • Monitor facility performance metrics and drive clinical improvements.
  • Coordinate care protocols and manage discharge planning.
  • Ensure continuity of care post-medical intervention.
  • Implement risk management strategies and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Uphold quality management best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; strongly prefer a degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Inpatient psychiatric experience required.
  • Valid license and clean driving record.
