About the position

The Operations Coordinator at our behavioral healthcare facility in Casa Grande, AZ, is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring facility performance metrics, and driving clinical improvements across designated programs. This role is essential in coordinating care protocols, managing discharge planning, and ensuring continuity of care post-medical intervention. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Crisis Services to maintain high standards of care and implement risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of management experience.
  • Inpatient psychiatric experience required.
  • Valid license and clean driving record.
