You will also provide process-driven support for the office and field force, manage daily route sheets to ensure all customer orders are assigned to technicians, and monitor these sheets to ensure technicians stay on schedule. Resolving escalated issues effectively to meet customer needs will be a key part of your role, along with performing any other duties or projects assigned that fall within the needs of our business. The ideal candidate will possess above-average computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, to manage and update various spreadsheets efficiently.
