In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining regular attendance and punctuality to meet the needs of the business. You will build a winning culture through various communication channels, including Google Chat, email, and phone, aligning with our core values. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers to address questions, concerns, or special requests for service or equipment, and keeping corporate and local office management informed of any emergencies or issues that could negatively impact our customers or technicians. You will also provide process-driven support for the office and field force, manage daily route sheets to ensure all customer orders are assigned to technicians, and monitor these sheets to ensure technicians stay on schedule. Resolving escalated issues effectively to meet customer needs will be a key part of your role, along with performing any other duties or projects assigned that fall within the needs of our business. The ideal candidate will possess above-average computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, to manage and update various spreadsheets efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage defined processes and customer service calls.
  • Communicate with customers to address questions, concerns, or special requests for service or equipment.
  • Keep corporate and local office management informed of emergencies or issues in the field.
  • Provide process-driven support for the office and field force.
  • Manage daily route sheets to ensure customer orders are assigned to technicians.
  • Monitor route sheets to ensure technicians stay on schedule and provide arrival status to customers.
  • Effectively resolve escalated issues to meet customer needs.
  • Build a winning culture via Google Chat, email, phone, etc.
  • Perform any other duties/projects assigned that fall within the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong time management skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with sound judgment.
  • Well-organized, conscientious, and highly dependable.
