About the position

The Operations Coordinator, Exhibits at Hargrove Encore Global is responsible for managing work orders related to exhibit properties, processing service requests, and assisting in the installation and dismantling of exhibits. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of exhibit operations while adhering to safety and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and implement work orders for exhibits operations.
• Respond to inquiries on exhibits assets and assist in warehouse exhibit inventory and loading/unloading operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to administer last-minute revisions and change orders on scope of work.
• Manage inbounded exhibits assets and inspect them for damages and functional operability.
• Document and report any damages on elements and oversee the refurb process.
• Communicate and ensure on-site teams are aware of any last-minute changes to plans.
• Support the maintenance of exhibits assets and update the inventory database.
• Assist in the installation and dismantling of exhibit elements as needed.
• Adhere to all Quality Control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Beginner's knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Preferred experience in an ERM environment and work order program.
• Preferred experience in the ready-to-assemble sector or housing market renovations.
• Hands-on experience in exhibition systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and CAD detailed drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
