This position will perform general administrative duties for the department it is assigned to, which may include supporting more than one department simultaneously. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing inventory and items shipped reports, preparing and producing daily production schedules, and communicating schedule changes with production and customer service in a timely manner. Additionally, the role involves assisting in forecasting sales demands to maximize production efficiencies and ensuring accurate daily production reporting and schedule control. The coordinator will also manage and maintain the Mold Management system, monitor raw material inventory, prepare purchase orders, and assist the accounting department with discrepancies. This position requires effective communication with site leaders regarding any issues related to schedules, raw materials, and delivery delays, as well as maintaining historical records by filing documents. Other duties may be assigned as needed, either temporarily or permanently.
