About the position

The Operations Coordinator position at ClaimsPro LP's International Programs Group is a full-time role based in Bryant, Arkansas. This position is integral to the operations of the company, which handles a diverse range of claims across the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Managing Director and will collaborate closely with the Compliance and Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including conducting Medicare data file audits, preparing monthly management information (MI) reports, handling complaints, and managing audit document requests. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for setting up new programs and clients, performing data entry, conducting online research, and managing office tasks as assigned. The work environment is dynamic, characterized by tight deadlines and shifting priorities, requiring the ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of concurrent tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. This position is office-based, requiring full-time attendance from Monday to Friday, and is open only to residents of the USA.
