About the position

The Operations Coordinator with Recruitment Focus at Premier Home Healthcare Services, Inc. is responsible for managing the recruitment process, maintaining employee databases, and coordinating service appointments. This role is essential in ensuring that the agency has qualified staff and that service delivery meets established protocols. The position requires excellent customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with the ability to interface with various community resources for recruitment purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and process qualified candidates; verify certificates/licenses, check references, obtain pre-employment medical, and complete other onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee database including entering pre-employment information, uploading documents, scanning, etc.
  • Access community resources for recruitment of qualified staff or trainees.
  • Interface with local Department of Labor, Training Centers, Job Fairs and all other potential sites for recruiting.
  • Maintain and update designated client, employee, and scheduling databases.
  • Coordinate the schedules and follow up of service appointments according to established protocols.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and follow up of employee compliance components according to established protocols.
  • Liaison with new and existing referral sources to address service issues and promote business development according to contract strategy.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state of NC
  • General knowledge of office procedures

Nice-to-haves

  • College Degree preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of computer skills experience
