About the position

The Operations Coordinator II at BakerRipley plays a crucial role in supporting the Program Strategy, Planning, and Evaluation (PSPE) division by coordinating various projects and processes. This position involves acting as a liaison between the PSPE division and support service departments, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency. The coordinator will manage project tracking, support the division's internship program, and assist in budget oversight, all while fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the division's relationship manager for all support service departments, ensuring completion of requests and accurate reporting.
  • Support the production of monthly intra-agency communication pieces to celebrate the work of BakerRipley programs and team members.
  • Learn and maintain project management boards that drive PSPE Team agendas and promote operational effectiveness.
  • Act as primary logistics and relationship support for the division's internship program and community-based events.
  • Support special projects in Design, Evaluation, and Program Sustainability, creating a personal learning plan.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or better.
