The successful candidate will act as an extension of the sales team, ensuring that all sales processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. This role involves a significant amount of data entry and reconciliation to guarantee accurate month-end affiliate revenue booking and processing. The Operations Coordinator IV will be responsible for identifying and quantifying billing adjustments related to sales force and work order errors, with the goal of improving work order accuracy throughout the Product Sales division. In this position, the Operations Coordinator IV will work under moderate supervision and guidance, being accountable for their individual results and the overall impact on the team. Key responsibilities include researching unreported or unpaid accounts, ensuring timely revenue collection through effective communication with distributors, and maintaining accurate affiliate information through diligent data entry. The role also encompasses credit control tasks, such as producing reminder letters, maintaining frequent contact with clients via phone and email, and resolving any fee-related issues that may arise. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator IV will review client ledger balance reports in collaboration with the Product Sales team, taking necessary actions regarding client funds and addressing any points that arise from these reviews. The position requires coordination of data collection from both internal and external personnel, entering this data into standard and customized report formats, and generating reports as requested. Regular attendance is crucial, and the candidate must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary, along with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in sales administration and generate sales-related reports.
  • Act as an extension of the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform data entry and reconciliation for accurate month-end affiliate revenue booking and processing.
  • Identify and quantify billing adjustments related to sales force and work order errors.

  • Update affiliate information to maintain accuracy and currency.

  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Generally requires 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Avaya, Microsoft Office, and CSG preferred.
