About the position

This role will be responsible for several on-site logistics duties including staging cars and keeping track of the inventory of vehicles. This is primarily done outside in all types of weather throughout the year. While this position does not have any direct reports, there will be additional responsibilities when it comes to overseeing the team and ensuring tasks are completed. Expected compensation range is between $17 and $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Staging inbound and outbound vehicles where needed
• Documenting the inventory of vehicles with a scanning device
• Maintain site rosters and schedules
• Order site-level supplies
• Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events
• Write, create, and distribute internal communications such as emails, business updates, and announcements
• Handle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events
• Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• Other on-site duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in related fields (Examples: Warehouse / Shift Manager / Customer Service)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience coordinating events and creating ultimate excitement/hype around them
• Flexible schedule; willing to work weekends and stay late to ensure success
• Self motivated individual and ability to work autonomously
• Be a creative force and master of execution
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally
• Ability to multitask, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, event management, time management skills
• Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
• A passion for keeping things neat and organized, all while remaining upbeat and positive
