As an Operations Coordinator at First Community Credit Union (FCCU), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and support to both members and branch personnel. In this position, you will be responsible for handling inquiries related to deposit products and services, assisting with teller functions, and providing training on technical deposit and teller operations. Your role will involve responding to member inquiries, conducting research, and ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from employees regarding teller functions and new account processes. This includes maintaining a solid working knowledge of deposit products and services, as well as the core system technologies used to manage member accounts. Additionally, you will assist with the Individual Retirement Account (IRA) and Health Spending Account (HSA) programs, processing transfers and rollovers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your ability to communicate effectively and present information clearly will be essential in facilitating training sessions and preparing training materials for member service functions.
