About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to assigned accounts, ensuring first-class service delivery. This role involves managing the work order life cycle, maintaining customer and service provider relationships, and overseeing field employee relations. The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in achieving profitable growth through effective execution of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Processes, expedites, and tracks work orders from customers.
  • Schedules service providers in response to submitted work orders.
  • Communicates with customers on progress to completion.
  • Provides support for Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal/quote development.
  • Manages contract administration and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • Develops reporting and execution of KPIs.
  • Makes independent decisions regarding work assignments and invoicing.
  • Contributes to customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Customer service problem-solving experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
  • Ability to embrace technology and quickly learn software applications.
